Contract and Fee Schedule

A 35% deposit of expected services must be received by  September 1 prior to harvest. No fruit will be accepted without this deposit.  Balance is due in 60 day increments with final payment at bottling. All  invoices will incur a 1.5%/month late fee for past due accounts. VWC reserves  the right to liquidate inventory for accounts 90 days past due. Actual contract  amount will be adjusted post fermentation based upon actual quantities  delivered.
Bottling is from January to Mid August. Bottling requested  outside this time will incur a $1,000 per day surcharge.
In addition to the monthly lease for space, there will be a $250  Alternating Tennant Licensing application fee for those wishing this service.
